TSSPL has been incorporated in June 2010 with a vision to provide integrated container and freight car management, leasing company, taking up turnkey projects, Operation& Maintenance of  cargo handling cranes etc. by young entrepreneurs having varied experience in the arena of logistics including multimodal transportation, warehousing, inland container depot- development & management and all the related support activities.  The promoters of TSSPL have served Indian Railways, Container Corporation of India Limited and other private industries at strategic level of Management. The brief introduction of the promoters are as under;

1. Naresh Kumar, Director , M.Tech ( Mechanical Engineering) , Served Indian Railways for 17 years as Class –I Gazetted Officer and as CEO of a Major Railway Wagon & Coach Unit. Naresh has worked a Technical unit Head in Container Corporation and Pipavav Railway Corporation looking after the, procurement,   O&M of container handling cranes, electrical installations, development and manufacturing of state of the art wagons for container operations. New concept of double stack container movement has commenced on Indian railways under his guidance.

As CEO of a Major Engineering unit , he was in charge of manufacturing wagons, coaches, overhead cranes and road rollers.

Has got more than 5 patents in his name.

2. Rajnish Kumar, Director: Rajnish Kumar is a bureaucrat turned entrepreneur, having resigned from employment of the Government of India in 2006 after learning the ropes of Rail Logistics and mastering them in the Indian Railways. During his 8 year stint with this Department, Rajnish Kumar served in various capacities in the prestigious South Eastern Railways, the Regional railway which, before its balkanization, was the highest loading Railway.

Rajnish Kumar  worked in the Multi Modal industry leader – Container Corporation of India for 5 years. He worked as Area Head in South India, and subsequently Head of the two largest ICDs in India – Tughlakabad and Dadri.

Rajnish Kumar then joined as COO & Head Strategy in Gateway Rail Freight Ltd – The largest private sector multi – modal operator in India. His tenure with GRFL saw many landmark achievements –

3. Amit Kumar, Director: Amit Kumar, too, is an ex-bureaucrat from the stables of the Indian Railways, having cut his teeth in Bulk Logistics as Area Heads at Bokaro, Haldia, Talcher and Tatanagar (Jamshedpur) and graduating to positions as Head of Control and Operations while working at various Railway Divisional HQs in South Eastern Railways.

Amit Kumar then worked with the Multi Modal industry leader – Container Corporation of India for 5 years. He worked at the Corporate Office with the responsibility of managing Domestic Business in its entirety. He also headed ICD Tughlakabad – the largest ICD in India, while in CONCOR.

Amit Kumar then joined as Head – ICD Businesses in Gateway Rail Freight Ltd – The largest private sector multi – modal operator in India.

The company has the following business stream already in operation ;

1. Container Service Centre at Sanehwal Ludhiana.
The facility is in operation, from last six months and is serving the major shipping line of the world. 
2. Container repair workshop at ICD Loni.
Facility is in operation from last three months.
3. Designed and patented a Special high capacity container for domestic transportation of goods, which has been approved by Indian Railways.
   Already has got agreement with a container train operator for giving the design right of this container
